Refunds

At Allesvin, we take utmost care in packaging our products with love to ensure they reach our customers safely. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please follow our refund policy outlined below.

Please note that we can only entertain requests for replacement or return within 5 calendar days from the date of product delivery. To initiate the refund process, kindly send us a photo and video of the damaged product and its packaging within this time frame.

If we have delivered the wrong or damaged product, we will replace it immediately at no additional shipping charges to you.

 

We welcome requests for replacement or return under the following circumstances or terms:

  1. 1. Manufacturing Defect: If you identify a manufacturing defect in the received product.

  2. 2. Wrong Product: If the product supplied is different from the one you ordered.

  3. 3. Unused and Original Packaging: The supplied product must not have been used or worn out, and it should be returned in its original packaging without any 4. damage or soiling.

  4. 4. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

  5. 5. Warranty: Products eligible for warranty coverage can also be returned.

Please note that not all products are eligible for returns to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices reasonable. Therefore, it is important to check with our customer team which products are eligible for returns before making a purchase.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

1. Food serving products, ceramics, cutlery, and other fragile products.
2.Handicrafts and natural materials with slight color and texture differences.
3.Tiny bubbles on ceramic that are not visible on the upper surface.
4.Dimension Variance: Up to 5% or 2cm variance (whichever is higher) from the stated dimensions, which is not considered a defect.
5.Out of Stock or Non-exchangeable: Goods ordered that are out of stock or cannot be exchanged for a similar product will be refunded.
6.Damaged Goods: Damaged goods that have been used or mishandled will not be accepted as returns.
7.Refund Limit: Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Cancellation and Alteration Policy:

Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if non-accepted. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, Allesvin reserves the right to deny future orders. In the case of prepaid orders, Allesvin is not liable to refund the order amount if the order is refused or returned to the doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable, including two-way shipping and re-packing costs.

Return & Refund Process:

The return process is hassle-free, and we will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and clears our quality checks, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned items or initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order has been canceled at the doorstep. Subsequent returns are subject to a nominal fee, as outlined below. After the items have been picked up from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned items (minus the applicable charges), which you can use for future purchases on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

Pickup charges for subsequent returns:

At Allesvin, we strive to ensure a seamless return and refund process for our customers. Please refer to the following steps and guidelines to initiate a return and receive a refund or store credit:

  1. 1. Free Return Pickup: We offer a free return pickup service. Contact our customer support team at contact@allesvin.com or call our customer service number at +91-7206839883 to initiate the return process. We will arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your doorstep.

  3. 2. Return Confirmation: Once the returned item(s) reach our warehouse, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. We will then notify you through email or call to confirm that we have received your returned item(s).

  5. 3. Refund or Store Credit: If the returned item(s) pass our quality checks, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit for the value of the items returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

  7. 4. Denial of Free Return: We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous cash-on-delivery (COD) order has been canceled at the doorstep.

  9. 5. Subsequent Return Charges: For subsequent returns, a nominal fee will be charged. The fee structure is as follows:

    • Orders below Rs 1500: Pickup charge is Rs 150.
  11.           Orders between Rs 1500 to Rs 2500: Pickup charge is Rs 250.
  12.           Orders above Rs 2500: Pickup charge is 10% of the order total.

  14. After the items have been picked up from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned items (minus the applicable charges), which can be used for future purchases on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

  1. 6. Proper Packaging: It is essential that you pack the product(s) with care to avoid damage during transit. If the product received at our warehouse is damaged or worn out due to inadequate packaging, you may not be eligible for a store credit or refund.

  3. 7. Return Approval or Rejection: Once the returned item(s) have been inspected, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, the store credit will be valid for use in your next purchase for up to 3 months without any limitations.
